On Tuesday, March 10, at 9:50 p.m., David Earl Porter, age 65, from Beloit, was traveling east on U.S. 24 near 5 Rd., driving a 2004 Toyota Highlander, when he struck a deer. Neither he nor his two passengers were injured, but the front and passenger sides of the vehicle were damaged.

On Tuesday, March 10, at 11:28 p.m., Jersey Alexis Kaiser, 18, from Natoma, was eastbound on X Rd. near 28 Rd. when she struck a dirt pile on the side of the road and lost control of the 2002 Chevy Cavalier she was driving, rolling the vehicle at least once. Kaiser was transported by Natoma EMS to Rooks County Health Center. The vehicle was extensively damaged.

On Thursday, March 12, at 8:30 p.m., Colby Ray Leggett, 19, of Palco, driving a 2009 Dodge Journey, ran over debris in the roadway on 3 Rd. near H Rd., causing minor damage to his vehicle. Neither he nor his two passengers were injured. On Sunday, March 15, at

On Sunday, March 15, at approximately 8:45 p.m., David Wayne Emery-Proctor, 56, of Phillipsburg, was traveling north on U.S. 183 when he struck a deer in the 2008 BMW 535 he was driving. Neither he nor his 34-year-old passenger were injured. The front of the vehicle was damaged and undrivable.

On Monday, March 16, at approximately 7:00 a.m., Shannon Lindsey, 52, of Stockton, struck a deer on Hwy. 24 near 17 Rd., causing minor damage to the front of the 2016 Nissan Altima she was driving. Lindsey was not injured.

On Friday, March 20, at 10:00 p.m., Zachary Tyler Pierson, 20, of Plainville, was driving west on P Rd. near 9 Rd., when he hit a deer, swerved off the road and into the ditch, hitting a barbed wire fence, causing minor damage to the front and passenger side of his 2018 Ford F15 pickup. Pierson was not injured.

On Monday, March 23, at approximately 7:00 a.m., Christopher Scott Teeter, 34, of Victoria, was westbound on K-18 Hwy. near 4 Rd., when he struck a deer, causing functional damage to the front of the 2014 Ford F15 pickup he was driving. Teeter was not injured.

On Monday, March 30, at 6:50 a.m., William Wayne Kenyon, 39, Palco, struck a deer on K-18 Hwy. near T Rd., damaging the front passenger side of the 1994 Jeep Wrangler he was driving. Kenyon was not injured.
