Memorial Service for Ryan D. Horner Saturday, July 11th

A Memorial Service for Ryan D. Horner, age 60, Phillipsburg, is set for Saturday, July 11th, at 10:30 a.m., at the Huck Boyd Center in Phillipsburg.

He passed away May 22, 2020 at the Hays Medical Center in Hays.

Survivors include his wife, Cindy, of the home; two sons, Mike of McCook, NE and J.R. of Polk City, IA; two daughters, Tandy of Tampa, FL and Jamie of Auburn, KS; two brothers, Dave and Tony, both of Phillipsburg; one sister, Linda Waters of Stockton; and 14 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Matt Merklein Memorial Scholarship Fund or the Phillipsburg Golf Club and may be sent in care of Olliff-Boeve Funeral Home, 1115 2nd Street, Phillipsburg, KS 67661.
