The menus for the week beginning Monday, April 15, are as follows: Monday— Taco salad with lettuce and tomato, chips, tropical fruit. Tuesday— Oven-baked chicken, parslied potatoes, pasta salad with veggies, bread, applesauce. Wednesday— Lasagna, Italian blend vegetables, dinner roll, peaches. Thursday—Beef and noodles, mashed potatoes, peas and carrots, frosted birthday cake, pineapple. Friday—Pulled pork, baked beans, bun, mandarin oranges.
