The menus for the week beginning Monday, April 8, are as follows: Monday— Chicken strips, mashed potatoes and gravy, brussel sprouts, bread, Ambrosia salad. Tuesday— Spanish rice with hamburger, mixed vegetables, bread, hot cinnamon apples. Wednesday— Chicken noodle soup, tossed salad, crackers, mandarin oranges, pudding. Thursday—Liver and onions in gravy, mashed potatoes, broccoli, bread, peaches. Friday—Cook’s Choice.
