The following traffic fines were received last week in Rooks County District Court for speeding: Elaina Mae Duncan, $159; Jarod F. Easterberg, $153; Jacob Dylan Fetterolf, $293; John Ross Fuentes, $171; Jason Murray Gordon, $189; Dritan Hamzallari, $183; Tonya Nicole Keeten, $165; Rachelle L. King, $201; Amanda Louise Obrien, $201; Jerry B. Owen, $153; Cynthia Elaine Reyes, $153. In addition, Jesse C. Hanson paid $183 for unsafe turning or stopping, failure to give proper signal.

Judgments

State of Kansas vs. Dustin M. Foerster, Stockton, Conspiracy to Commit Unlawful Distribution of Methamphetamine. Amended Count One to Possession of Marijuana, Class B Nonperson Misdemeanor. Sentenced to serve six months in county jail and pay fine of $200 plus costs and fees. After serving 41 days of jail sentence, the remainder is suspended and defendant placed on six months unsupervised probation.

LVNV Funding LLC vs. Leslie Swazzo, Stockton, Recovery of Money. Judgment for Plaintiff in the amount of $1,066.38 plus court costs.

Angela Crayton, Red Willow Co., Neb. vs. Bernice Birdsall, Plainville, Recovery of Money. Judgment of plaintiff in the amount of $6,264.81 plus fees.

City of Stockton vs. Nicole R. Mitchell, Plainville, Recovery of Money. Case dismissed.

City of Stockton vs. Michael Podrybau, Stockton, Recovery of Money. Case dismissed.

City of Stockton vs. Jessica Richelle Coleman and Michael Gosselin, both of Palco, Recovery of money. Case dismissed.

Donna Kirgis, Woodston, vs. Caleb Boone, Hays, Recovery of Money. Case dismissed.

Jamie Marcotte, Stockton, vs. Tory Benedick, Plainville, Recovery of Money. Judgment for plaintiff for $3,344.10 plus interest.
