Ough, $498; Cynthia Elaine Reyes, $153; Anthony Corey Trosclair, $195; Sarah Antonia Vahling, $153.

Judgments

State of Kansas vs. Dustin J. Higdon, Plainville, Unlawful Distribution of Methamphetamine, Unlawful Use of a Communication Device to Facilitate a Drug Transaction, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Defendant pled guilty to Amended Count One; all other counts dismissed. Defendant sentenced to 68 months in jail and 36 months postrelease supervision. Defendant must register as a drug offender. Ordered to pay $200 restitution to Rooks County Sheriff plus court costs and fees.

State of Kansas vs. Dustin J. Higdon, Plainville, Unlawful Distribution of Methamphetamine, Unlawful Use of a Communication Device to Facilitate a Drug Transaction, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Defendant pled guilty to Amended Count One; all other counts dismissed. Sen tence to run concurrent with case stated in paragraph above.

City of Stockton vs. Cindy Minks, Ellis, Recovery of Money. Judgment for plaintiff in the amount of $166.55 plus court costs.
