Manhole to storm sewer collapses

This Thursday morning, May 28th, the manhole cover to the storm sewer located at the intersection of U.S. Highway 24 (Stockton's Main Street) and Elm Street collapsed under the weight of the constant traffic on the highway throughout the years. J Corp of Hays was contracted to repair the damage.
