IF YOU DIDN’T KNOW BETTER you might have thought the late Craig Sager, a sideline sports reporter known for his wearing of eccentric jackets, was at Tiger Gymnasium last Tuesday when Stockton hosted Golden Plains in non-league basketball action. Instead, it was non other than the Tigers boys’ basketball coaches, Kyle Fox (left) and his assistant Rick Bice, who were sporting the new, blue and black-patterned jackets which had been purchased off the sale rack of a nearby retailer. Not only was the price right, but the Tiger boys also cruised to an easy win over their opponents…perhaps the bargains were also good luck charms.
