STOCKTON HIGH SCHOOL MUSIC STUDENTS Isaac Reed (Band), Emil Benavides (Choir) and Zach Gardner (Choir) represented the school at the Northwest District KMEA Mini Convention II held on Saturday, December 7th at the Beach-Schmidt Auditorium at Fort Hays State University. -
THE NORTHWEST DISTRICT KMEA MINI-CONVENTION II took place on Saturday, December 7th at the Beach-Schmidt Auditorium at Fort Hays State University. Stockton’s elementary honor choir members were (front row, from left): Piper Creighton, Baileigh Balthazor; (back row, from left) Caydance Carter, Paytyn McNulty and Cheyenne Hoeting.
The Olde Tyme Christmas Parade entry winners have been announced! The top three in the business category were: Solutions North Bank placing first; and a tie for second and third settled by a coin toss with Heartland Building Center placing second; and Stockton Pharmacy placing third. The top three organization winners were: Stockton Library placing first, Sigma Phi ESA placing second, and Santa and his family placing third. The top three individual winners were: a tie for first and second settled by a coin toss with Lorin Trow-bridge placing first, the Oller family placing second, and Isaac Reed and the Grand Marshals placing third.
The Christmas Ornament Contest winners were: (Adult) Pat McCammack placing first, Megan Kennedy placing second, and Julie Kriley placing third; and (Youth) Taigen Kerr placing first; Michel Smith placing second; and Eli Atkisson placing third.

The Community Christmas Tree is located at the stoplights with all of the ornaments entered in the contest on display for the public to enjoy this Christmas season!
