The following traffic fines were received last week in Rooks County District Court for speeding: Anndee B. Meyer, $153; Katie Marie Mongeau, $195; Robin R. Moore, $153; and Kacie Jo Timmons, $189.

In addition, Michael James Scott paid $10 for failure to wear seatbelt.

Judgments

State of Kansas vs. Aaron D. Towns, Hays; Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Driving Without a Valid Driver’s License, No Proof of Liability Insurance, No Current Registration, Transporting an Open Container of Liquor, Speeding. Defendant plead guilty to Count 1; all other Counts dismissed. Placed on supervised probation for 18 months; ordered to pay all court coststs, to have drug/alcohol evaluation and successfully complete Drug Court program.

Discover Bank vs. Steven B. Baxter, Stockton; Recovery of Money. Judgment for plaintiff for a total of $7,708.12.

Midland Credit Management vs. Kaye Scott, Stockton; Recovery of Money. Judgment for plaintiff for a total of $2,618.47. Donna Stahl vs. Chris
