The local car club, Plainville Red Line Cruisers, is planning its Fall Cruise Night & Poker Run for Saturday, October 21, in Plainville.

The event, which runs from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., will offer an excellent evening for car owners and the general public of all ages.

The Poker Run will start at Bosselman’s (just north of Plainville) at 5:30 p.m. and end at 6:30 p.m.

The cost will be $5.00 a hand and everyone can play. Results will be announced at the Music Trailer at 7:00 p.m.

Food vendors plan to open doors for food and drink while Bob and Susan Schonthaler provides trendy, classic music for everyone to enjoy.

The vendors that will be in the food court behind the music trailer will be Red Barn Concessions, Lil’ Dis and Lil’ Dat Roadside Grill, Bob’s BBQ, I’m Stuffed Cupcakes/Cookies, and for your favorite 4-legged friend…Sunflour Dog Bakery.

The members of the Red Line Cruisers are excited to offer a trip back in time to when everyone used to “drag” Main Street on Saturday night. Bring the family to eat out, and bring your lawn chair and plan for a relaxing evening, visiting friends and listening to your favorite music.
