* Sad News….Actor Ray Liotta has passed away. My favorite movies he starred in are “Operation Dumbo Drop” and “Field of Dreams.”

* Passing this along… “I’ve been to a lot of places, but I’ve never been in Cahoots. Apparently you can’t go alone, you have to be in Cahoots with someone. I’ve also never been in Cognito, either. I hear no one recognizes you there.”

* You can pray all you want, but eventually David had to pick up a stone and act against Goliath.

* Who remembers going to the Park Drive-In on Wednesday dollar night to watch a “Ma and Pa Kettle” movie? Dad would back in the station wagon so we could open up the back door and stretch out on our blankets and pillows in our pajamas. And Mom would have popped, not one, but two, big brown grocery bags of popcorn covered in melted butter for the event. Gotta love those family summer nights!

* How do you pronounce Caribbean? I pronounce it one way when I travel there, and the other way when I watch the “Pirates of the Caribbean” movies.
