The following fines were received last week in Rooks County District Court for speeding: Lucinda Deann Arnhold, $159; Michael Steven Dittmar, $183; Scott Ryan Inkelaar, $195; Hallee Mae Linner, $153; Zachary Kyle Martin, $153; Lance Dwayne Reed, $171; Perry Allan Riebel, $171; Robyn Renee Rogers, $183; and Joe P. Woodard, $153.

Other fines received include the following: William Jesse Hughes, $30 for failure to wear seat belt; and Mark A. King, $153 for improper lamp color on certain vehicles.

Judgments

Capital One Bank, NA vs. Charlene E. Cunningham, Plainville, Recovery of Money. Case dismissed.

WW Drilling, LLC, WaKeeney vs. Douglas Stewart, Parker, Colo., Recovery of Money. Judgment for plaintiff for $70, 522.49.
