Schedule of Easter Services announced

With Easter Week approaching, the local churches have announced their programs and church services for Holy Week and Easter.

Everyone is encouraged to attend these services offered as part of their holiday, and are welcome to attend any of the following:

River Valley Church— Good Friday Service: 7:00 p.m.; Easter Regular Sunday Service at 10:30 a.m. All are welcome.

Stockton Baptist Church— Palm Sunday (April 2nd) Sunday School at 10:00 a.m. and observing the Lord's Table during Worship Service at 11:00 a.m. Easter Sunday Services include Sunrise Service at 7:00 a.m. at the Old Town Site at Webster, with breakfast to follow.

Sunday School at 10:00 a.m. and Worship Service at 11:00 a.m.

St. Thomas and Sacred Heart Catholic Churches— Palm Sunday Mass: 8:30 a.m. at St. Thomas in Stockton

and 10:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart in Plainville; Holy Thursday: 5:00 p.m. Mass at Sacred Heart in Plainville and 7:00 p.m. Mass at St.

Thomas in Stockton; Good Friday Services: 3:00 p.m. at Sacred Heart in Plainville and 5:00 p.m. at St. Thomas in Stockton; Holy Saturday (Easter Vigil): 9:00 p.m. at Sacred Heart in Plainville; Easter Sunday Mass: 8:30 a.m. at St. Thomas in Stockton, and 10:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart in Plainville.

First Congregational Church— Easter Sunday Services at 6:00 p.m.

Stockton Main Street Christian Church— Wednesday, April 5th: King’s Kids will present an Easter program at 6:00 p.m.; Easter Sunday: Worship Service at 10:00 a.m. No Sunday School.

Stockton Church of Restoration— Good Friday Service: 8:00 p.m.; Easter Sunrise Worship Service: 6:45 a.m. on Hazen Hill; Easter Sunday Worship Service at 8:45 a.m.
