Rooks County students among fall 2019 FHSU graduates

Five Rooks County students are among the 921 who completed associate, bachelor’s or graduate degrees at Fort Hays State University in the fall 2019 semester.

The university conferred graduate degrees (master’s and Education Specialist degrees) on 248 students, bachelor’s degrees on 648 students, and associate degrees on 25 students. Thirteen students graduated with two degrees.

Those from Rooks County included the following:

Plainville—Caleb John Crawford, a Bachelor of Science in health and human performance; Faith Noelle Schindler, a Bachelor of Science in health and human performance (recreation); and Maverla Ventura, a Bachelor of Science in psychology.

Palco—Macy June Keller, a Bachelor of Science in agriculture (animal science).

Zurich—Adrienne Joy Holmes, a Master of Science in special education (high incidence).
