The menus for the week beginning Monday, January 15, are as follows: Monday—Beef frank, parslied potatoes, asparagus, bread, gelatin with fruit. Tuesday—Soft tacos with tomatoes and lettuce, soft tortilla, strawberries. Wednesday—Turkey tetrazzini, broccoli, bread, cinnamon apples. Thursday— Chicken noodle soup, carrots, crackers, mandarin oranges. Friday— Tuna noodle casserole, winter blend vegetables, bread, fruit cobbler.
