The menus for the week beginning Monday, February 12, are as follows: Monday—Fish sticks, rice, corn, strawberries. Tuesday— Beef and noodles, mashed potatoes, spinach salad, bread, tropical fruit. Wednesday—Tater tot casserole, brussel sprouts, bread, gelatin with fruit. Thursday—Smothered steak, mashed potatoes, Italian blend vegetables, bread, pineapple up/ down cake. Friday— Cook’s Choice.
